We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from Bush Hill Bowls. If you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition and packaging within 30 days. You’ll just need the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a refund. The refund will consist of the product price only. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including products such as delivery mats, grip pastes and waxes, will not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.

Products purchased in store
You can return an item within 30 days of purchase from our Enfield shop back to the shop. Please bring your receipt or sales invoice with you as proof of purchase.

Products purchased for home delivery
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery to your home. More details can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.
Call us on 0208 362 1780 or email us at sales@bushhillbowls.co.uk to arrange for a returns authorisation number (RAN) to be issued.
Once you have the RAN you can either bring the product into the shop or post it at your cost to us securely to the shop address: Bush Hill Bowls, 11 Genotin Terrace, Enfield EN1 2AF. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service as we do not accept responsibility for items you may send but which we do not receive.
There is no charge for returning products in person to our Enfield shop. For certain products we offer a collection service. Please contact us for further details. We may charge a fee for this service (the fee will depend on the products returned, but will not exceed £60).

Faulty products
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
Call 0208 362 1780 to arrange a collection, or return the item(s) to our Enfield shop with proof of purchase and the credit or debit card used for payment or you may be declined a refund or exchange. More details can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.
